Feeding Guidelines

This food is complete and balanced, fully cooked, and may be fed as the exclusive diet to your dog as is, or it may be rehydrated. Feed according to your dog’s weight: ½–1 cup per day for dogs weighing 5–10 lbs, 1–1½ cups for 10–20 lbs, 1½–2½ cups for 20–40 lbs, 2½–3¼ cups for 40–60 lbs, and 3¼–4 cups for 60–80 lbs. Please note, feeding guidelines are suggestions, and individual needs may vary based on age, activity level, metabolism, breed, and general health. Drizzle a small amount of water to lightly hydrate, or for fuller hydration, submerge in water and let sit for approximately 1 minute prior to serving. Your dog should always have access to clean, fresh water.

Transitioning

Despite how much your canine friends ask for Weruva's high-quality foods, it's best to transition them gradually onto a new food over a week. Start by mixing a small amount of Weruva in with their old food and slowly increase the amount of Weruva fed over 7 days. This will help your dog adjust to their new Weruva foods.
