Refund policy

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days in new, unused, condition with original packaging and a receipt. 

Returns without a receipt will receive store credit only: provided items are in new, unused, condition with original packaging. 

Returns and/or exchanges are made at the discretion of the manager on duty.  
Please note: used items, cat furniture, and special orders are non-returnable.
